2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing this website and/or enrolling in our courses (both online and offline),you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

3.1 You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our courses. For students under
18 years, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and enrollment. It is your responsibility to ensure that you enroll in the correct course and that you have the ability, aptitude, and (where appropriate) the experience to benefit from the course.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse admission to any candidate at our sole discretion.

4. COURSE ENROLLMENT & ADMISSION

        4.1 Registration Process

•   Course enrollment is subject to the availability of tutors, course materials, and classroom capacity.
• Submission of required documents (identity proof, photographs, educational certificates) is mandatory.
•  Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of the applicable fees.

4.2 Verification of Enrollment Details You are expected to read all course

4.3 Course Delivery

• Kaylons School of Beauty offers both online and offline courses subject to availability of tutors and course materials.
• We will enroll you and provide access to your course materials as promptly as possible; however, we will not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or
  inconvenience arising from a failure to meet any estimated start date or delivery timeline.

4.4 Course Information & Modifications

• We strive to provide accurate course information, schedules, and curricula.
• Kaylons School of Beauty reserves the right to alter the content, duration,
  schedule, faculty, or any other aspect of the course at its sole discretion to
  accommodate new circumstances or educational improvements.
•  We will not make significant changes to the course as advertised without
  giving one month’s advance notice.
• Course commencement is subject to minimum enrollment requirements.

4.5 Batch Transfers Students may request batch transfers subject to availability and administrative approval.

Transfer requests must be made in writing at least 7 days in advance.

4.6 Course Extensions If for any reason you cannot complete the course within the stipulated time, you may apply for an extension (duration to be agreed upon with your tutor/coordinator), for which an administration charge may be applicable.

5. FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Fee Structure

• All course fees are displayed on our website and are subject to change.
• Kaylons School of Beauty reserves the right to change the price of any course
  at any time after giving at least 14 days’ advance notice.
• If the price has changed after you have expressed interest but before
  enrollment, you may either cancel your enrollment or enroll at the new price.
• Fees include course materials as specified. Additional materials, kits, or
  examination fees may be charged separately.

5.2 Payment Methods We accept payments through:

• Bank transfer/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS
• Credit/Debit Cards
•  UPI
•  Cash (at our institute premises only)
•  Cheque/Demand Draft

5.3 Payment Schedule

• Full payment or the first installment must be paid at the time of enrollment.
• Installment options (if available) must be discussed and agreed upon in
  writing.
• Failure to pay installments on time may result in suspension of classes and/or
  access to course materials until payment is received.

5.4 Goods and Services Tax (GST) All fees are subject to applicable GST as per
Indian tax laws. GST will be charged additionally as per prevailing rates.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

6.1 Online Course Fees Online course fees are non-refundable once access to
course materials has been provided. It is your responsibility to ensure that you enroll in the correct course and that you have the necessary ability and aptitude to benefit from it.

6.2 Offline/Classroom Course Cancellation by Student

• Before Course Commencement: Refund of 80% of fees paid (after deduction
  of registration and administrative charges).
• Within 7 days of Course Commencement: Refund of 50% of fees paid.
•  After 7 days of Course Commencement: No refund will be provided.

6.3 Course Withdrawal by Kaylons School of Beauty If a course you have paid forhas to be withdrawn or canceled for any reason (including insufficient enrollment, unavailability of tutors, or unforeseen circumstances), Kaylons School of Beauty reserves the right to either:
● Provide a full refund of the course fee, OR
● Offer transfer to another available course of equivalent value
The decision rests at the sole discretion of Kaylons School of Beauty.

6.4 Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 15-30 working

days to the original payment method.

6.5 Non-Refundable Items Registration fees, examination fees, material costs, and administrative charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

ATTENDANCE & CONDUCT

7.1 Attendance Requirements

• Students must maintain a minimum of 75% attendance to be eligible for examination and certification.
• Repeated absences without valid reason may result in dismissal from the
  course without refund.

7.2 Code of Conduct Students are expected to:

• Behave professionally and respectfully with faculty, staff, and fellow students
• Maintain discipline and decorum on premises and in online forums
• Not engage in any illegal, unethical, or disruptive behavior
• Not damage institute property or equipment
•  Participate constructively in course forums and group activities

7.3 Disciplinary Action Violation of our code of conduct may result in warnings,

suspension, or expulsion without refund. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including legal proceedings if necessary.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

8.1 Ownership All content on this website and in our courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, videos, tutorials,
presentations, and software, is the intellectual property of Kaylons School of Beauty and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

8.2 Course Materials

• Course materials are provided solely for your personal use as the enrolled
  student.
• Course materials may not be reproduced, circulated, distributed, shared,
  uploaded to third-party platforms, or used for any commercial purpose
  without express written permission from Kaylons School of Beauty.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our
  materials.
• Recording of classes (audio/video) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8.3 Online Forums and Posts

• Posts on any course forum may be used for personal reference and learning.
•  Forum content may not be reproduced for tuition purposes, commercial use, or any form of remuneration or transaction.
•  Kaylons School of Beauty reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove forum posts at its discretion.

8.4 Student Work Work created by students during courses may be used by Kaylons

School of Beauty for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes unless the student objects in writing at the time of enrollment.

ASSIGNMENTS & COURSE SUBMISSIONS

9.1 Assignment Submission

• Assignments should normally be submitted via email to your designated tutor or through the online learning portal as instructed.
• If you choose to send assignments by post, courier, or similar physical means,
  you do so at your own risk.
• Kaylons School of Beauty will not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, or inconvenience arising from damage to or loss of materials sent by post or
  courier.
• Similarly, if tutors return assignments via post or courier, Kaylons School of Beauty is not responsible for any loss or damage during transit.

9.2 Deadlines: Students are expected to adhere to assignment deadlines. Extensions

may be granted on a case-by-case basis with valid justification.

CERTIFICATION & EXAMINATION

10.1 Certification Criteria Certificates will be issued to students who:

•  Complete the course successfully
•  Maintain minimum attendance requirements (75% for offline courses;
  completion of all modules for online courses)
•  Pass the final examination or practical assessment with a minimum qualifying score marks
•  Clear all fee dues

10.2 Examination

• Examination dates will be communicated in advance
• Re-examination may be permitted with additional fees
• Certificates cannot be issued until all dues are cleared

10.3 Certificate Authenticity All certificates issued are valid proof of course

completion from Kaylons School of Beauty and comply with applicable industry standards.

10.4 Professional Development Credits Kaylons School of Beauty allocates

professional development credits or continuing education units to courses at its sole discretion. In any individual case, our decision on such credits is final and binding.

PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE

11.1 We may offer placement assistance, career guidance, or job referrals; however,

we do not guarantee employment or placement in any organization.

11.2 Placement assistance is subject to student performance, industry demand,

market conditions, and availability of opportunities.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 Kaylons School of Beauty shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,

• consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use our services or course materials
•  Technical issues, server downtime, or interruption of online services
•  Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
•  Any injury or damage occurring on premises (except in cases of proven negligence on our part)
•  Third-party actions, services, or links
•  Failure to meet estimated course start dates or delivery timelines
•  Loss or damage to assignments or materials sent by post/courier

12.2 Our total liability in all circumstances shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the student for the specific course in question.

12.3 Force Majeure We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance

Due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, government orders, lockdowns, strikes, civil unrest, technical failures, or power outages.
